You rent an office space for a minimum period of one year. The office rental price is an all-in price per square metre that does not involve any additional costs. Easy access

Our hotel is located in Antwerp close to a ring road exit, making us easily accessible by car. We are also easy to reach by public transport. The train takes you to Antwerp Central Station and from there you can take tram 24 from Roosevelt to tram stop ‘Joe English – Collegelaan’. The tram to Antwerp centre is just a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Parking

At Van der Valk Hotel Antwerp, parking is free for guests. As a tenant of one of our offices, you can rent a fixed parking space. This way, you and your colleagues are assured of a place on our parking lot. This means you have complete freedom to use public transport or the car, just as it suits you.
